Lot of people are saying that it is 100% safe. I'm going to ask them, How can they be so sure? Have they seen the source code themselves?

I don't think its completely secure. Who knows, whether the developer of the modded apk are messing with our data. So, there is definitely a risk of data privacy.

Looking from another point, no developer will waste his time modding the apk by jumping over the code, unless there is reason behind it.

One possible reason, maybe collecting private data of users.

Another might be, if he is hell bent to destroy the company's reputation.

I recommend not indulging yourself in a possible risk, for just a small new feature.

Also remember that no one can give you anything for free there is always something behind it.

so the conclusion is that always use the app of verified publisher or the publisher that you trust.Don’t use the modified or cracked app just to get some additional features. Use original apps from trusted store and respect developers work.
